This one today since I was dressed up for the company Christmas lunch.
[IMG]These two just arrived registered mail yesterday afternoon, so I have been playing with them a bit. I took the generic black ‘gleather’ straps off and put them on these.
I paid $11.50 for the HMT
[IMG]and $15.60 for the old Seiko 5 (7009-8960 with a cool quick set Roman numeral day display).
[IMG]The Seiko has a lot of wabi, but has run perfectly so far. The stories this old battered thing could tell about it’s life in India before immigrating! I was thinking that I might do a sort of poor man’s Milgauss homage with it, but it is kind of growing on me. The Seiko D.O.B calculator suggests it is from January of 1984.

Just got in from a quick pub trip and was wearing a beige shirt so I thought I’d co-ordinate. Nothing special but I like the styling nonetheless. Chunky but still kinda feminine.

I bought mine new because I didn’t find what I wanted (145.012 from 1982) but the get quite affordable if bought second hand.
