Waterproof Blue Parker Refill and where to buy?

So, I ordered a Fisher Blue, Medium refill off of Amazon. It has quickly become inconsistent in it’s writing, which either means there’s something wrong with it, or it’s running out already. My previous black Fisher refill from OfficeMax (or Depot, can’t remember) worked for a LOT longer. I want blue, and it needs to fit a standard Parker. It doesn’t have to be a Fisher, but I do want waterproof. Any suggestions on what to buy and where? Thanks!
