KeymasterThe Note 5 kicks :censored:. The camera is awesome, Only thing i wish they would have done is put expandable memory in it. Other than that I have everything at my fimger tips. Couldn’t ask for a better phone. Last i heard they stopped producing them at least through Verizon.

KeymasterThey still have them on display at US Cellular. But none in stock. So yeah I’d bet you’re right.

KeymasterI’m waiting for the Note 8 to come out, it is supposed to be an upgrade to the 5 with the expandable memory. Not sure if it will have a removable battery, not a deal breaker but would be nice.

KeymasterStill rocking my Samsung Galaxy S4 Active, but wanting to upgrade to the S8 when it comes out in March. Unfortunately, my wife and son have to upgrade theirs first (wife has an S4, son has an S3), so most likely I’m stuck for another year.

KeymasterI have the Nexus 5X on Project Fi. It’s just okay. The service is fairly good and inexpensive, but the phone is a bit below par. Decent hardware, but it’s all plastic construction with a bezel all around the screen that collects dirt and grime. I’m also about to get my second replacement phone in 6 months because my current bent in my pocket and caused the screen to lift away from the main body of the phone. It’s never been mistreated and I carry it in the front pocket of non-hipster jeans, so I don’t understand how that happened.

KeymasterI am still using my iPhone 5s, everything still works, battery in good condition. I expect Apple to drop iOS update for 5s by the next major iOS update, maybe I will upgrade to the latest iPhone by then. 😀

KeymasterI’ve never tried an Android phone, but the OnePlus 3T looks amazing. It may be time to kick Apple to the curb.
I’m about fed up with Apple’s “updates” that fix one problem but introduce another one. The only thing that consistently changes with each new system is the amount of storage the operating system takes up. Currently, my iPhone drops about 50% of incoming calls after about 10 seconds and looses the network signal for about 30 seconds. It all started iOS 10.1 and has gotten worse with each successive update.

KeymasterAre you sure it is the phone, not the carrier? Which carrier do you use?

KeymasterMy wife and I have the same phone (iPhone 5) and we are both on the same network – AT&T. We both upgraded our phone it iOS 10.1, then 10.1.1, and most recently 10.2. I started having the issue with 10.1 and it got worse with 10.1.1. She did not have any issue. I tried turning off LTE data, since VoLTE was causing problems for some iPhone 6 users, but that had no impact.
It seems that it definitely my phone and definitely related to the iOS upgrades, unless I’m missing something… :help:
