What I put in my small general care first aid kit

We prefer to build our own kit for a few reasons. First the quality of the supplies is important, and most pre made / filled kits use cheap almost worthless supplies. A second reason is we like to carry what we know we might need after years in the deserts of Arizona

* Small tube of Vaseline / Lip Balm
* Space Blanket
* Foot / Blister pad
* very few band aids (for friends who might need one)
* Light Stick (white)
* Gauze Roll (in OD green)
* Five 4″x4″ sterile pads
* Q-tips
* Teeth pickers / Floss sticks
* Condoms
