What is your Holy Grail Fountain Pen?

I’ll admit, I am relatively new to Fountain Pens. I really started getting involved about a month or so ago. Currently I love the Pilot Metropolitan. A combination of weight, feel, grip, smooth writing and so on. I like using a fountain pen because of how smooth and clean it can write as well as the overly abundant ink colors. I can write a lot longer with a fountain pen whereas I need to take breaks with other pen types. I can’t speak for everyone, but there is a certain level of class when writing with a fountain pen that you don’t get when using a regular bp pen. That all said, what is your Holy Grail and why? At what point does a pen cross over from writing utensil to a luxury item?
