What kind of a knot to use when tying off sutures?

I’ve been trying to learn a bit more about stitches but can’t find the kind of knot to use anywhere. I know they should be spaced 1/4″ apart and away from the wound as the wound is deep. I’d love some more information though, maybe an informational video?
