Me too! Didn’t even phase me to look at the instructions.. There it was, U3!!
Are you using the metal clicky or rubber? The metal clicky fit sucks IMO. Looks better though.
Click to expand…It came with the rubber installed, so I have it on there now. I thought about installing the metal one, save the rubber one for a rainy day.

Could you perhaps compare the tint to the U2 and T6 for me please? I’m a big fan of the T6 but the U2 is way to warm/reddish imo, so I’m kinda hoping it’s somewhere in between those two.
Click to expand…I don’t have a U2 light, but a friend has a V10r, and I think it has the U2, I’ll ask him next week if I can take a few pictures of the two together.
I like this light, I’m not sure if my Battery Station rechargeables are the correct model to give me 500 lumens, but there what I was using in my HDS Rotary. Easy to use, click on, dial the brightness, click off. If I need it dim, dial to dim before I turn it on, need it bright, dial to bright and then turn it on. No strobe, which is fine, all I ever used it for on my Rotary was my dog and a rabbit in my yard. 😀
I have two Inova T1’s on the way, I have one already, but wanted some more, great light. 100 lumens for four hours or so, about the size of a roll of quarters, bomb-proof, single stage, and these two were made in the US(fairly sure, one yes, the other is a maybe). Sometimes you just need a light that shines bright for a few hours.

KeymasterFirst good light on its way! Peak Eiger Ultra X in brass. I got the lug body, may get the momentary soon and use the lug on my keychain with a delrin cap as a back up battery.

KeymasterJetbeam SSC20 arrived today. It’s my first nice flashlight, so I don’t really know how it compares. But I am more than pleased. Tint is pretty neutral AFAICT, slightly cool if anything, and the three modes are nicely spaced IMO. Hot spot is nice and tight, much tighter than the picture two posts prior, and the secondary light spreads out nice and evenly in a relatively wide pattern.
I could just be a torch newbie, but I am super satisfied with my first EDC light.

Talk about fast service, JS Burlys is top notch. I ordered 2 Zebra light H600W on Saturday & received them today. Oklahoma to SC, that’s fast service. On to the lights, very compact & easy to use. Clicking through the power settings is pretty painless. I haven’t mounted them to the headbands. Only took them out to ensure they worked properly. One is for my sons 14th birthday & the other is just because. Now to find some trinkets for the wife, her birthday is coming up too!

KeymasterSo I’m currently waiting on a Klarus MiX6 Ti! Pretty stoked to get it, but I’m already having trouble deciding what I want next… Seems to be a reoccurring problem. I’ll be deciding between the Maratac AAA Cu or the Quantum D2. I already know its not going to be an easy choice.

Congrats on the light!
If you don’t mind me asking, where did you get the good deal AND the U3?
I understand I may have missed a good sale, but at least it would be the U3…some sites aren’t reflecting which it is.

On the left is an Inova T1, the right is my V11r.Here is the V11R by itself

The difference is much larger than I expected though. Is that an XM-L T6 in the V11R? It looks almost cool white compared to the U3

Quantum D2 gets my vote. Great little light, wear one around my neck daily.
