Just ordered a Zebralight SC52! Mainly as an EDC/backup bike light. (Have you ever tried riding with only a Preon 0 for light?)

Me too. I wanted the side button as opposed to a rear button or twisty. I also ordered an Olight S10.

Needed a new keychain light so I went with the Klarus MiX6. I would have gotten the Quantum D2, but I have a bunch of AAA Eneloops and L91 Energizers.

I’m still waiting for my MiX6 too! Very excited to finally get it!

Me too. I’ve read some pretty good reviews about the light. Did you get Ti or SS?

I got Ti, and to my surprise it showed today!!

It’s way smaller than I had originally thought.

Not sure if this counts, but I just pre-ordered this light:

could get really excited behind that product, I could definitely see a few roles I could throw that into between biking, camping, in an emergency bag, and an all-around utility light. Might have to back that after I get paid next.

More on topic, I just ordered a silver Surefire E1B for $90. I decided to go with the E1B becasue of its more beveled/lower profile head that I hope will be a little more comfortable than the thicker and higher profile EB1 head. If I need the higher output I’ll be carrying a different light, anyway.

Well, I’m a backer now. Looks like the perfect outdoor light for camping, hiking, fishing, kayaking. At least that was my justification.

I’m not sure if I should be taking a little credit or apologizing;)

One of the coolest things about this light is the flexibility of mounting/carry options. The video and backer site explains what the designers have in the works right now, but they seem to be very open to good suggestions and ideas. I’ll probably be using this light as a headlight or pendant light, but who knows what they’ll come up with in the future. And using the magnetic adapter, anyone could come up with something on their own.

Streamlight siege @ $45. Not too bad for camping light.
