EO1s are great. So small, so simple, so useful and reliable.
I almost had a light outgoing today. Scared the crap outta me. Was using my Peak to check the mail path for a gate, found what was in there and set the light down so I could work it out with my fingers. Put the vacuum down, got the piece out and while pulling it out, tapped the vac over near the light… 😮 Watched it go into the vacuum nozzle, light on, getting dimmer and dimmer… OH :censored:! Jumped up, pulled the hookup out of the overhead and ran over to turn the actual vac off.
Mind, the light is a brass Peak Eiger Ultra X so it’s not exactly lightweight. The vac is a pretty big one, hooked up to an overhead system, and has a massive waste bag that I would’ve dreaded digging into. The light made it about a third of the way through the overhead tubing before I pulled the hookup. Found it by shaking the tube til I heard rattling. Clambered up top, dropped a few links off the rail and let gravity do its work. Light still shining and back in my Skinth now! Thankfully it wasn’t on full output.
Maybe take some pics after I get my boots off and find a beverage. Cheers!
I’m not a flashoholic, but a USB rechargeable edc light is a thrilling thought. So I’m really looking forward to getting my Nitecore MH10.
I was going to get a Fenix but the deal was sweeter with this one. Plus, I wanted to try a new manufacturer. So far I’ve only known my prehistoric Mags, a Led Lenser, two Olights and two Fenix lights. Only just warming up to this exciting technology that is LED 😀 And it’s my first rechargeable ever.

9. Wee tiHave a NOS Surefire 6P coming from EBay. These things are going for $35 w, original packaging, Incan bulb and come with two Surefire CR123 cells in the tube. It will be my second Doing my best to not order a third yet.
Was going to mod the heck out of the first one, but after I got it, I found myself really digging the bone stock Incan version. Ended up buying a second and ordering an M361N from Gene to go in it.
Even then, for ~$100, you can get a three stage 6P that gives you 375 lumens in a rock solid package. Cool stuff.

2 Damascus Photon Fanatics
It looks like 9 Damascus lights were made of different styles.
The 16340 looks like a Blocky Boy and is a one of two.
The 18350 looks like a custom one of a kind.Those are stock photos. That tritium isn’t mine. GearBest (can I mention that site?) was out of the proper size for the Fairy. I have to look elsewhere.
Not very exciting but I’ve got a nitecore tube in pink coming. Why pink you ask? Well because I got it brand new for $1. I’m colorblind when it comes to prices like that

Search desertmoon on CPF.
That’s where I get my 1.5m x 6mm tritium vials and you can get other colors too.
Then you will need NOLAND 61 adhesive to install them.
