No longer waitng. I purchased a Fenix LD 41. Nice 4AA light. Turbo mode of 520 lumens with a great transition from the hotspot into a useful spill. Not to heavy to hold for prolonged periods and comes with a good holster.

Well, nothing good! I thought my friend should have a light while he walked to his house. I threw the light to him… He was about 100 yards away. It didn’t reach him. Drinking was involved! The impact broke the clicky but the light still worked by holding the switch down. My friend is keeping it in hopes he’ll find a tail cap one day.:cool:

when i used to drink, i also thought expensive objects were footballs….lol. i’ve sent many expensive cell phones down field to their demise.
never a flashlight though…. 😉

It’s so weird because I usually make very smart decisions while I’m drinking! Wait… No, it’s the opposite of that!!!:blink:
Back on topic… I may ask for another PD35 for Xmas from my brother in law. That or the Sunwayman Thunder Hammer… How the hell could anyone not want that light!? The name alone makes you have to get it!!!:D

I’ve enjoyed hearing all the stories from family and friends about how useful the light I gave them years ago has been. Now with advanced UI’s, and much nicer tints from emitters, it’s time for an update/upgrade.:D
