What to do with an O2 resus bag

I managed to get myself on a whole bunch of brand new bags cheap at an auction. In the lot was a couple of oxy/trauma bags that have pockets on the front for general accessories and one main compartment designed for an O2 bottle. Now I am never going to carry an O2 bottle but was wondering if anyone has any cool ideas for stuff to carry or ways to organise the main compartment other than just shoving it full of stuff.
