What Would You Call This Pocket? Dressy Pants With One?

Hello everyone, in order to properly carry everything I’d like to while at work, I really need more pockets. My favorite shorts have this great pocket down towards my knee on the outside, you can see it below where the Spyderco is clipped. Any idea what the name of that pocket type might be? And dressy (like khaki) pants that would have one?

Carhartt is an obvious choice but with the hammer loop and other pockets I think they’re closer to the casual side.
