Where to buy these mini-straps/attachments?

I am after a couple of these in small quantities:

I found these ones on ebay, but they don’t want to ship outside of US, canada and UK. I sent them a email if they would ship to australia, but haven’t heard back.

I have been using them to attach to my preon 1 clip, so I can hang a tritium marker off the preon 1. I am now testing it out as a way of attaching my steve ku 38DD light to my keyring.
