Maybe I missed something but while reading the forums it seems that nearly everybody uses paracord for his EDC items and that’s the one and only cord. Trying to get the perfect keychain tool collection for me does also include to have the best cords yet available on the market. I do only use cords made of Dyneema/Spectra and Aramid/Kevlar. I am self-conscious. Can anybody explain to me what’s the benefits of paracord by comparison to these hightech fibers? I’m quite familiar with synthetic fibers and I found no answer so far.
