Windshield / dashboard mount for armored cell phone

After having some  try to reverse into me at a red light, I’ve started using my cell phone as a dash camera (AutoGuard app). Right now I have it rigged to the passenger side headrest, which is a less then optimal solution. The catch is the phone is sporting a, very neccesary, rubber armor case bringing it’s overall dimensions up to to 4.50″ L x 2.31″ W x .78″ D.

I’m looking for a visor (best), window (better), or dashboard mount (good) that can reliably hang onto a phone this thick and clear the camera lens. The lens is forward facing and offset about an inch to the right. Vent, cup holder, and 12V socket mounts are going to be positioned too low for the camera to see over the dashboard.

For reference, the phone is a LG-L34C, and the case is a generic one with a kickstand sold by E-time through Amazon.
