I’m just curious to see if there are any women flashaholics? From what I can see on the forums and on youtube it seems to be pretty much men who really dig flashlights.
I will add that my wife while not a flashaholic does appreciate flashlights. She actually got me into flashlights. I was on a business trip and she had a power outage (couldn’t find any of my maglites or cheaper flashlights that had working batteries) and called me up very pissed saying ‘ You call yourself a prepper but don’t have any good/working flashlights’ So I took that as a greenlight to start buying.
The last few years we’ve had a ton of varmints hanging around the homestead (bears/coons) and lots of skunks (I shot/trapped 8 last year.) -which make her nervous when she has to do chores while i’m away. So she really appreciates having a good light in addition to her 20 gauge when she is out checking on the animals and has pretty much given me another green light to buy what I need to take care of the varmints (i keep telling her a 50 BMG would be really helpful for the skunks
)How about you guys. do you know know any women flashaholics and how do your wives respond when you buy ANOTHER torch?
