When was the last time you purchased an item of clothing and thought to yourself: “why have I been buying _________ for so long?”
I can offer two examples:
Duluth Trading Co underwear. I always purchased Hanes boxers in the past, because that is what I have always purchased. Upon trying Duluth Trading Company’s “Buck Naked” boxers, I was immediately hooked. Sure, one pair costs more than a 6-pack of Hanes, but they are very comfortable and worth the cost in my opinion. As a matter of fact, I purchased my first 3 on 8/20/13, and currently have about 8 of them. None of them are showing any wear.
Darn Tough socks. I actually first heard about them on this forum, and thought I would give them a try. Was shocked by their “lifetime warranty,” and figured that the price was worth it. First, I should mention that I have always suffered from sweaty feet. Upon trying the socks for the fist time, my eyes were opened regarding the comfort and quality of the socks. My feet still sweat on occasion, but it is way better than it used to me.
What eye opening items have you purchased that you would recommend to family and friends?
