I love the F-91, but not its backlight. What would be your choice and why?

    Casio F-105W-1AWYEF

    vs.
    CASIO W-86-1VQES

Had an F-91 as a kid, and I just picked up a W-86 while my main watch is being repaired, isn’t the only difference between them the greater water resist on the W-86 and the colour? Anyway I love the EL and the classic Casio watches are awesome.

    I ordered a 105W. It’s a bit smaller than the F-91. The-86 looks heavier, but I don’t like the heavy look.

Is there a wrist band I could use to attach this on my backpackstrap?

It has 18mm lugs, I think. Poke the spring bars out from the side with a paper clip or thumbtack, and attach any 18mm strap or ribbon, as long as it’s thin enough.

If you will go to any big box store that has large velcro displays, they usually have velcro strapping wraps that either have a D ring or just velcro overlap. Common use in wire bundle strapping, large gear strapping etc. I use the often for tying down equipment on my job. Usually come in 20, 22, and even18 mm widths which will be commom sizes for watches. If you use one for a watch strap you could attach it to an elephants leg.

    SWEET idea!
