    Hello!

As in the topic: looking for gloves that are waterproof or have a dwr of sorts.

I keep a pair or two of basic Mechanix mpact “tactical” gloves in my bag because whenever i need gloves i find thry offer the kind of padding that is good for some gardening and bushwhacking, moving bulky stuff through doors, changing tires etc etc. Y’know, butchy activities :)
They FIT my tiny hands. I look like a dork wearing them but it’s worth it as long as i dont have to transition to those with CF knuckle bumpers full-on swat/motorcycle pro if you know what i mean?
These are the model with just rubber padding on knuckles and fingers from middle to pinky, palm has reinforced points also.

Problem is when i touch something that is a little wet. Palm goes damp like a sponge and no amount of dwr or waterproofing spray will keep this at bay.

I have a pair of sealskinz that are in fact waterproof but there’s a daintyness to them to such an extent i’ve kept them for wintertime snow use only and not to work with, just for cold wet weather.

Anyone have a suggestion to a glove similar to the Mex basic mpact glove that doesnt become wet in contact with water?

Since i’m in the EU i’d rather find a retailer here, any info is much appreciated.

    Thanks!

PS. If someone has a tip on actually making those i already have less water-attracting i’d love to hear about that too.
