Razer Blade 14″?

Any of you own one? I was looking at it but some people said the screen is less than ideal. Any thoughts? Anyone know when their next model comes out?

Agreed…but are there any with a comparable amount of power and a somewhat comparable size (Less than an inch thick, less than 6 pounds), as well as comparable battery life? Some made by MSI come close, but not with the same amount of utter beauty.

Razer just announced that certain Best Buy stores, may have one on display.

One in Kansas City, about 4 hours from me. Too far to go for now–I’m going with the Gigabyte P35K instead. It’s got some problems but I think it’s still the best value for what it is.

I saw one at Best Buy today, I was very impressed by how snappy the response is. Personally, I think the price is not all that far off for the feature set, but unless you are a serious gamer, it might be too much.

After a lot of thought, I just ordered an HP ProBook 455 G1 with an AMD A8. It isn’t a serious gaming machine, but a major step up for me (for work). Best part, it comes with Win 7 pro with Win 8 pro as an “option”.

Honestly, the hardest part of buying a new laptop was that they have all gone to those silly 16:9 format wide screens vs the 4:3 I have now. No wonder laptop sales are down.
