Small, simple, LED lights

I see a lot of the guys here like small single battery LEDs on keychains, etc
But most of you get metal ‘pen / tube style’ (maybe there’s a better way to describe them)

I found these simple LEDs at CountyComm a while back and have fallen in love with them..
I spent like $50 on a bunch of them (a BIG bag of them) ;D

Once they arrived and I started to go nuts for them I added a loop of 550 to a bunch of them and put a few in almost every bag, pack, pouch as zipper pulls, in a bunch of drawers in the house, not to mention the glove box, tool boxes, range bags and anyplace else I could find

I put them all over the place, almost every door in the house has one looped over the knob too

The ones with clips attached are not much more money (still under $2) and I clip them to sun visors, pockets, hat brims, etc

So my question is.. is there anything wrong with these cheap ones that I haven’t discovered yet?
Why don’t more people mention them here (or am I just missing it)
