Streamlight Nanolight – what do you think ??

A friend bought a Streamlight Nanolight the other day and I liked how little it is. Price isn’t bad either (under $10)

Only found them three times in the forum doing a search.
So my question is..

Does anyone own one of these or have any experience with them?
Are they worth the $$ or is there a better option?
