Just wanted everyone to know one of my butane torch inserts for my Zippos broke a few weeks ago. Sent it off to Vector and had it replaced for free! No questions asked.
The spring loaded arm the holds the lid open came off becuase of a messed up pivot pin.
So if anyone was wondering if they have great customer service the answer is Yes!
