I have boo boo stuff and meds in an Altoids tin and a small rip away Maxped pouch with gloves, questionably effective CPR mask, TQ, Chest seal, compression dsg, and packing gauze.

First, it’s not spikes tactical anything. It is a 37mm flare launcher, but while I was with my department we used it to launch cs gas, flash bangs, smoke grenades, stinger rounds, batons for crowd control, and other things. I have launched alot of stuff out of it, never a flare.
The aimpoint and the acog are both on the rifle in its patrol case. Both are zeroed and have throw arm mounts. Depending on why I pull it out I can use the optic I want and throw the other off very quickly, it’s easier to take one off than put one on in a hurry. There are other ways to do it but this is what I have found to work the best for me and what my needs are. As stated in the picture I was putting my rifle together when the guy snapped the picture, I obviously don’t use both optics at once.
For what it’s worth it’s not a fake silencer either, it’s a surefire 5.56 suppresser, fully functional and legally tax stamped, as are all my SBR’s, SBS, AOW’s, and suppressors.
I don’t use fake anything, I’m not trying to be tacticool, all of my gear has a use and a purpose.
Thanks for the answer, was just wondering what you used the flare gun for and now I see. 🙂

I keep a small boo-boo kit in my bag all the time. I found this Youtube channel early on in EDC days and this particular video caught my attention…

The kit I carry is built off a small $0.99 Bandaid brand first aid kit that I added to (purchased at Wally World). Overall, the kit is pretty packed but the box still closes and shuts.

I will add that when I add any OTC medication to a kit I always use a small pack of pre-packaged medication. I do this so if I am giving the medication to someone else they can see that it is in a sealed package with an expiration date. I usually purchase these from local gas stations and stock them in my boo-boo kits or first aid kits.

I keep a first aid kit in my vehicles and one in each of my hiking packs (two large day packs, two small lumbar packs), and a couple of Band-Aids and generic Neosporin packets in my wallet (habit formed when my boys were kids). I also keep a couple Aleve and Benadryl in a little tiny pill capsule on my keychain.

iPhone 5 64gb, in “stealth” black. Love it. So light compared to the 4s…

Did you have an iPhone 4 before? How do they compare?

    I’m mobile, baby! 🙂

I had an iPhone 3GS, so it’s night and day. That thing is so light, it’s almost unsafe to handle. By that I mean I always feel I’m about to drop it. My daughter has a 4, and with my case, it is the same thickness as hers naked. For the short time I have used it, the battery seems to hold longer than my 3GS. The screen (retina) is phenomenal and better than the 4S. The extra length is nice, but I would have increased the width by a few 8ths. The extra row of icons is useful, but then again not entirely necessary. The 5 seems more responsive and processes command faster (SOTP testing here). iOS6 is similar to iOS5 with some bonuses that I have yet to play with. Videos on that thing look amazing. The big online thing about maps is a minor deal for me. I did prefer Google, but for punctual use, the map system is enough. If I want a real GPS, I use a real GPS…

The charge cable has a new plug (lightning) it is about half the size of a USB connector and can be plugged in any direction. contrary to the 30 pin that was unidirectional. Yes it’s a pisser, but an adapter is coming mid-October so all my previous cables and gizmos are still good, and a small price to pay for the iPhone Diet.

The camera has great resolution and the flash is OK for its intended use. Again, if I want quality pics, I use a DSLR…
I know SIRI has seen some upgrade like integration with the map app, but I haven’t played with it yet. One drawback is that some Apps I bought for the 3 GS and that were compatible with the 4S are not entirely responsive. According to what I have read, it will take some times for the Apps to “upgrade” to iOS6 but it was the same when iOS5 came around.

So, if it wasn’t for the fact that my previous phone was a 3GS whose support was about to be terminated, I might not have gone to the 5. I did intentionally skipped the 4 series. Since I could do the iOS upgrade, and IMHO this is the important part, I didn’t see a need to upgrade then.
    Hope this helps
