KeymasterCongrats Man!! I would love to see pics when you get the phone. i am still on the fence. I may have to go play with one in store first.

Why are you on the fence? It’s just a slightly taller and faster 4S, an incremental improvement.admin

KeymasterI think you got caliber confused with weight. 🙁 That’s the problem with the world today; too many people don’t know what they’re talking about. Caliber refers to either 1 the internal diameter of the barrel or 2 the diameter of the bullet being shot. 1 and 2 are really one and the same.

KeymasterPictures – good point 😎
My IFAK is part of my EDC bag which I’m taking when traveling out of town, hikes, tours, etc. It’s designed as a “layman kit” = does not include anything that would not be considered as generic first aid stuff – hopefully avoiding any legal pitfalls, and hence should also be safe being used by a human not trained in (advanced) first aid.
Soft case with 3 side zipper, measurements: 14cm x 10cm x 7cm (5.5″ x 4″ x 2.8″) – not including the triangular bandage strapped on the back. The original first aid kit is sold once a year at LIDL grocery store chain in Germany for about 4 bucks – have replaced most of the kit, but case and some bandaids are a good starting point.

KeymasterFully agree. And, to make it easier to execute the habit I’ve put reminders in my calendar – every last Sunday in March and September each year.
The 2nd appointment falls well inline with September = preparation month.

KeymasterDid my bi-anual F.A.K. review to my main kit I added a cat tourniquet mounted on the side of rip away pouch and an Israeli bandage in my main bag that the kit rides on may get another tournament holder for bandage to mount on the FAK bag. Added a Israeli bandage to my light bag too and restocked the house bag. Going through these kits periodically needs to be a habit
