9mm. I only own a Ruger SR9c and an old Browning BDA 380 but that was a gift from my dad. Obligatory 12 ga shotgun for home defense too.

I have a 2 round mag extension on my Glock 19 for my large hands.
So I’m carrying 18 rounds, that’s 3 six shooters.
That’s a 15 round mag with a 2 round extension and 1 round in the chamber = 18.
Since everybody else gives more details… Mine was 9mm, 35 rounds of HST. 17+1 and 17 most days. If I’m bored, I’ll use the mag with the +5 extension for my reload.
It’s easier to list the calibers I never carry. I do not have a 41 or 50 cal handgun. I own and carry 22s, a 25, 32s,380, 9mms, 357 sig, 357 mag, 357 max, 40, 10mm, 44, 45s, 454, 475, and 480 ruger. What I carry depends on weather, dress, and daily activity.
99% of the time I carry a Glock 30 .45 acp. Untucked golf shirt with pants or cargo shorts. The other 1% is 9mm pocket carry when I have to tuck.

9mm Speer Gold Dot 124 grain +P Short Barrel. Love it!!!
9mm is the best along with .357, everything else is garbage.

I don’t carry (yet) but 9mm for me. I figure I can afford to shoot 9mms more often so I’m more accurate and a bigger caliber won’t do much if I miss.
.40 here. Something is always better than nothing. Keeping my fingers crossed Glock comes out with a single stack .40 so I can get rid of my LCR without feeling a bit guilty.

The 357 max is my favorite all around round. With the right bullets it works for everything up to black bear. I also like the fact that for plinking and smaller game I can use 357 mag or 38 spl.
