KeymasterI just bought my first handgun a couple of weeks ago and I already have a list of others I want. Once I get some money saved up it will be a hard choice between a 357 revolver (either S&W or a Ruger) or a Sig p220.

KeymasterI hope to add a Ruger Mk IV. I have several Mk III’s, but I love the takedown feature of the new Mk IV.

If it helps I absolutely love my 3″ Ruger SP101. It is my primary CCW. I do change it up every so often and carry my M&P9c or my P320sc. I also have a 4.2″ SP101 which is wonderful for range work. But, I cant wait till I can add an HK P30SK V1 LEM to the rotation.December 1, 2025 at 7:36 am #117654admin
KeymasterI shot a 3″ sp101 at a range once. Awesome gun! It seems like everyone considers the S&W the standard for revolvers, but I think that Ruger is at least on par if not better.

KeymasterJust picked up a Springfield Armory XD Mod 2 Subcompact in 9mm. Not only was the price good, but with each new pistol, SA is giving away 4 (yes four!) magazines, as well as their cheap, but effective OWB holster and double mag carrier. I don’t plan on carrying this OWB on a regular basis, so the free holster will most likely be a range holster. I’m an admitted Springfield fanboy, so this will be a nice addition my collection. :p

KeymasterI’ve been thinking about buying an Agency Arms Glock 19 and putting an RMR and Surefire x300u on it…
Similar to this one but with black multicam cerakote instead of this gray…
Gonna have to do some saving up but I’ve been wanting one for a very long time. Lol
Other than pistols…
I have a custom long range rifle being built right now by MOA rifles in .300 RUM
It won’t be done until June.
Mine will be like the darker colored stock and it will have a fluted bolt and skeletonized knob and the MOA carbon fiber “extreme pod” bipod

Good GRIEF!! Someone breaks into my house threatening grave bodily harm…I’m just gonna’ shoot ’em.With that thing, a fella’s gonna’ CONFUSE ’em to death!! LOL!!
Does that thing require a pilots license to use…commercial instrument rating??? Holy cow!
I mean, it’s cool, but wow! Heck, I’ll prolly have the hole in the back yard dug already by the time the guy using that thing even gets it turned on! Bad guy’s gonna’ be sittin’ on the couch with half empty beer and watching his 2nd episode of South Park when the homeowner finally says “FREEZE!! DON’T MOVE!! PUT YOUR HANDS UP!!” Bad guy will say “Geez, I thought I was gonna’ die of old age before you got ready! Wait, what, what the HECK is that thing anyway…oh, OH…I think I’m gonna’ have an aneurism!”
Does it make a cool beeping sounds too, like NASA?
I’m just kiddin’ ya! LOL!

Lol nasa sounds would be epic!
They could call it Tactical Audio Threat Deterrent.FYI, they function exactly the same as a stock Glock. They’re just more refined for faster follow up shots, improved accuracy, and such. RMRs don’t have to be turned on either it’s just on. Battery lasts 4 years on brightness setting #4
A stock Glock will serve you just as well, but when you start getting held back by the one size fits all configuration, look into modifying it.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

KeymasterI think I’ve got all of the tactical / CCW / tricked out pistols I’ll ever need, want (or can even think of). I think I’ve got a CCW pistol in about every modern caliber from .22 to .45 (except for maybe a couple Russian calibers, 9×18, etc.), as well as multiples of full frame pistols in all those calibers as well. Now I’m really more into picking up some of the classics.
Last week I picked up a pistol I’ve been wanting for a long time, the classic Beretta 92FS. Just love the line and design of that pistol. Had one a long time ago but I sold it (and regretted it ever since). So I picked up an INOX. Next on the list is probably a Browning Hi-Power (.38). Although I’m torn between that and a case hardened SA wheel gun in .45LC (along with a lever action saddle gun in .45LC also, like maybe a Henry).
Just have to be careful not to spend the retirement before I actually retire!! LOL!

Going to Sig in NH next month for a class, when you take a class you get a discount in the Pro Shop. As such, my next pistol might be a Sig 😉
Quoting myself! So finished up the class, due to the Massachusetts approved list and Sig only officially having a few pistols in the list, I came home empty handed
