Next gun is a Glock 43. No doubts.
I picked up my new G19 two days ago, stopped and picked up some extra self defense ammo to load the mag’s instead of using stock, made another stop and had TruGlo FTX sights installed, and I ordered my extended slide stop from Midway yesterday morning. I put those on all my Glocks.
I’m stoked. I’ve been wanting my own 9mm for a while now. I actually have another Gen 4 Glock 19 with the same accessories, but it’s “assigned” to my wife. I have a G23 (my first pistol) and a G21 as well. The next time I go to handgun training, I’ll have two identical pistols to take. I was at a combat course about six months ago, and the front sight came off my G23 after being on there for a decade. I found it but had no way to tighten it so I borrowed someone’s Sig.
Mine just kind of happened. I knew I wanted it but didn’t think I would get one for a while. Then I stopped by my LGS and saw a P320 Compact with Night Sights and just went ahead and got it. I’m quite happy to have gone ahead and just swooped it up. Feature wise, it’s really not lacking anywhere. Points naturally, standoff capable, nights from the box, generous cut outs in the grip for stripping the mag in case of a double feed, great grip texture, sights have a ledge for one hand manipulation, serrations are great, good trigger… I can’t complain about anything except the bore axis which I am already used to from the P226/229 lines.
Just a quick note, I fondled the Beretta APX today and the trigger is outstanding. The take up is literally only the movement of the trigger safety and then there’s an immediate wall that’s nice and crisp. It feels like a slightly heavier version of the Savage Accu-Trigger. The grip is also VERY comfortable and feels slimmer than other similar designs. I may need one of these later.
Thinking about buying a Taurus M85 UL. A gentleman I work with is wanting to sell his. It’s an older blued model in like new condition. Not sure if I’m going to get it but the price seems to be about right, $200.
I just got a 239 abd I have other stuff on my list, but now I kinda want a 220 Carry .45. I have lots of .45 ammo and no .45 Handgun. I like 1911’s but I’m digging sig right now.
I need a threaded.22 also but it’s on the back burner ATM.

Seriously considering a S&W m&p 2.0. Anyone shot it yet?This is no exaggeration, this is my favorite handgun I have ever shot. I’ve been able to shoot this pistol faster and more accurately than any other. It is my carry gun and I have no intention of changing it in the future. At first I wasn’t crazy about the texture, but I love it now!
The only downside to the 2.0 is it’s still kind of hard to come by holsters that fit it. In one place it’s just slightly wider than the original. I bought a Galco triton kydex holster and just heated it up with a hair dryer till it fit.

Do it! And get the SAO. I shot it in a steel match today. Flawless!!! Don’t have the results yet. But it was great. I like it much better than mySA/DA. Shot it against my self modified G17 to compare it to. I’ll post which one I shot better. First time shooting the sig for time vs 6000+ rounds on the G17.The glock score was 3.5 seconds faster….

I’d buy it in a heartbeat if I were you. I’ve been waiting for one to go on sale around me.
